My dad taught me a great deal about client satisfaction. He often said that businesses have a tendency to take clients for granted and then get upset when they purchase somewhere else. VanDerZee Motorplex is currently installing a complete new business software system that will allow us to communicate with our clients in a far more efficient manner. We will be able to email our clients with pinpoint accuracy. With such a diverse number of products, we needed a better method of telling our clients about brand specific offers and information. (If you own a Kawasaki motorcycle you may not be excited about an O'brien wake board sale!) Our new program will allow us to invite you to special summer cookouts, boat shows and community events hosted by the Motorplex.
